Rental prices include gas, electricity, bedding and towels.
Telephone booking must be confirmed with deposit within 7 days.

A baby package is available including cot, high chair and safety gate (own bedding is required for the cot).

Please note the single storey cottage is suitable for wheelchair access, so book early.

Weekly bookings are Saturday to Saturday (other combinations by arrangement).

Baby package (cot, high chair, safety gate) available on request when booking.

Maximum occupation per cottage is 5 persons plus cot.

Well behaved pets by arrangement at extra charge of £3.50 per night.

25% deposit is required on booking. Balance due 6 weeks prior to commencement of holiday. If booking made less than 6 weeks prior to commencement, full payment due on booking.

All payments are non-refundable. Holiday cancellation insurance is strongly recommended but is the responsibility of the hirer.

All cottages are available for occupation between 3pm and 6pm (other times by arrangement) on commencement day of letting period and must be vacated by 9.30am on final day of letting period.

Due to increased processing charges we no longer accept credit or debit cards.
